Staying in Ennafoura, as we ventured in and out of the medina, we often found ourselves walking past Kafé Merstan. On hot days, they would spray a fine mist of water onto the street, creating a refreshing atmosphere, and the staff was always incredibly kind and welcoming. So, on our last day, we decided to check out their rooftop terrace for a drink. Although the heat was still significant, we were pleasantly cooled by a misting system that kept the atmosphere comfortable, even in the sweltering sun. It turned out to be the perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing beverage while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

W upalne dni rozpylali oni na ulicy delikatną mgiełkę wody, tworząc orzeźwiającą atmosferę, a personel był zawsze bardzo miły i przyjazny i szybki zaczął nas rozpoznawać. Tak więc, ostatniego dnia pod wieczór, postanowiliśmy zajrzeć na ich taras na dachu, aby się po raz kolejny nawodnić. Chociaż wciąż panował upał, zostaliśmy system zraszania utrzymywał komfortową atmosferę na tarasie, przyjemnie nas schładzając. Było to idealne miejsce, aby odpocząć przy orzeźwiającym napoju przed ostatnim obiadem tego pobytu.
